I would absolutely recommend Paws & Play, LLC to anyone who is looking for someone to care for their dog(s)! Jamie is thoughtful and professional in every step of the process - from scheduling a “meet & greet” to daily “pupdates”! We truly had the best experience working with Jamie and never once worried about our Coco while we were away from home. Speaking of home, Jamie treated ours as her own… it may have even been cleaner when we got back from our trip! I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude in how well Jamie took care of my dogs, Sophie and Riley, on two separate occasions. I had all day activities where I needed outside help for my dogs and kenneling was not an option. Jamie first came to my house to get acquainted with the family. It was clear from the moment we met Jamie, that our dogs would be in good hands.The words to describe her: responsive, responsible, professional, diligent, caring, kind, dedicated....you get the picture? Our dogs and home were in good and capable hands for 5 days and 6 nights. When we arrived home, the dogs were happy and happily exhausted. And the house was clean and orderly. Jamie K. would definitively be a first choice for me to watch our two little Shih-tzus! Jamie meticulously follows all of the directions you give to her, she is very soft spoken with the dogs, she likes to cuddle with them, walk them, and keeps them safe. Jamie has cared for our dogs in the past, and they seem to love her! As soon as they hear her voice, they run to her, as she sits on the floor to pet them, and give them a lot of attention. Jamie always seems so happy when she sees our dogs.

Jamie is one of the most caring people I have come across in my lifetime. I got to know her professionally when we worked together at a university in the southeast area of the country, and I was immediately drawn to her warmth towards others and her ability to build long-lasting, strong relationships. We quickly became friends and I have known her for the last 5+ years.

Since knowing her, I have come to see even more how much she loves dogs; my family (that is like her second family, and who we see often), has two little Shih Tzus and she loves those dogs as if they were her own. She doesn't hesitate to walk them, sits on the floor for hours and scratches them and keeps them company, and shows them unbelievable amounts of love. Not to mention, she had a beautiful dog of her own with her family growing up, who she loves like a child, and talks about constantly.

Jamie would be the greatest person that you could ever entrust to watch your dog. She will treat them with the utmost care as if they are her dog, and the love that she will provide will be over the top and beyond comforting to both you and your dog.
